Refund Policy

At Little Paws & People, we understand that plans change! Here's how our refund policy works:

✅ Full Refund

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

🔁 Partial Refund

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund of the scheduled service.

❌ No Refund

• No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment will not be refunded.
